TMZ confirmed that Hilton violated the terms of her probation last night when she was pulled over for driving on a suspended license, and could spend up to 90 days in jail if justice "was blind."
 
Perhaps she was just on edge after Bill Maher issued a fatwa and ordered her demise on his last "Real Time with Bill Maher." Maher said about Hilton: "I know you're really a sweet girl, but you'll have to be euthanized. You're the ring-leader; we've got to cut the head off."
 

Hilton plead no contest to reckless driving after cops arrested her on September 7 for a DUI in Hollywood. The DMV suspended her license, and a judge put her on 36 months probation, with the key condition being to "obey all laws." Hilton was stopped around 10:30 PM after cops say they noticed Hilton speeding down Sunset Blvd. without headlights on. Deputies discovered she was driving with a suspended license, arrested her and impounded the Bentley.
