Anatomy of a Cartoon

This exhibition features sculptures of famous cartoon characters' skeletons and anatomical drawings.

Bugs Bunny, Road Runner, Wile E. Coyote and Felix the Cat are the subjects.

I'm fascinated by these sculptures. They bring benign cartoons that are normally taken for granted into a real, visceral and very eerie light.

Bringing two dimensional characters into the third and adding the realistic aspect of scientific, biological sterility puts them in a whole new perspective for me.

I would love to see these in person but Korea's a little out of the way for me right now.

If I were to pick one cartoon that I would like to see the skeleton of it would have to be Homestar Runner. Which cartoon would you like to see dissected?
